the facility is ok for a hostel situation but not for the general puplic. the shower stall is two foot square, you cannot bend over to wash your feet. finding it was a real challange and if it had not been for a local person actually taking us there we never would have found it and most of them did not know where it was. breakfast was pretty much a joke. we were just so sorry we ended up there.

Excellent location of the hotel, but therefor very noisy! Airco didn't work and somebody was supposed to fix it but he never came.... Also website says Free Parking, but this is not true, across the street is a huge parkinglot where you have to pay, but in front of the entrance is a small parkinglot which is free of charge from 20-8 hrs. Otherwise very kind people en nice view and good breakfast. Oh yes and it is a hostel, not a hotel.

Hard to find hotel from the street, had to call through wallphones and pass doors and cross through a yard and then take a lift up 5 floors before you reached the hotel.You heard everything through probably very thin walls and when people flushed their toilets(about every 5 minutes ) there was an extreemly NOISY SOUND, so it was practically impossible to sleep.The breakfast was the poorest we have ever seen and served on plastic plates and mugs.The best thing to say about the hotel is that it is close to the harbour,if you are going by boat the next day, like we did.

the building looks quite bad, but at the hotel floor it is different, le rooms are clean and nice. From my room there was also a nice view over the sea.

This must surely be the best place to stay in Naples! The view out over the harbor and Bay of Naples, with Mt Vesuvius in the distance, is magnificent and endlessly fascinating. We sat on our small terrace, sipping a pre-dinner glass of wine, enjoying all the activity below. There are many restaurants within short distance walk. The traffic from below was noisy during the afternoon, but at night with the windows closed and the air conditioning turned on, it didn't bother our sleep at all. The hotel is actually a pensione on the sixth floor of a large office building, reached by an elevator that takes a 5-Euro coin to make it run during business hours. A short walk from where the Airport Bus stops. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

This place is a VERY good hostel type accommodation with Air Conditioning in rooms. Extrememly clean bathrooms and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

i would not recommend Bella Capri basicaly because it´s clearly over the price it should cost (80 euro double roomhigh season)for the type of accommodation it is, which is very very basic. I found myself far better places to stay in for the same price or even less, in short, with a better price-quality relationship. The only positive point is the location. it is CONVENIENT (not nice though, in fact awful)particularly if you plan to take a tragheto (ferry) for any of the islands or even Sicely, since it´s right in front of the harbour. However it´s not worthy staying there. There are much nicer good located bed and breakfast in Naples. One more thing, the breakfast included is just a joke and staff is correct but not really helpful.
