We've indicated location as very good because although we had some difficulty finding the hotel, once the car was parked in the underground car park everywhere was in easy walking distance. Obviously if you select a hotel in the city centre you are not looking for a quiet area, this one is very lively particularly at night. Very impressed with hotel considering the very reasonable rates and facilities which include a casino (which is why we chose this hotel) and a comfortable and unusual subterranean bar area. We will be going back for another stay soon.

-not enough choice on hot meals by breakfast - not helpful at receptiondesk (several times) - very luxuous rooms - good cleaning team - nice bathroom accesoires (toothbrushes, comb, large shampoo & shower flacons, ...) - a lot of shops in the neighbourhood

NO ON SITE CAR PARKING WHICH MAKES ARRIVING LATE OR IN THE DARK A LITTLE DIFFICULT. NO TEA OR COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN ROOMS WHICH IS POOR FOR THE ROOM PRICE. NICE FRIENDLY STAFF. LOCATION GREAT FOR EXPLORING CITY ON FOOT.
