The staff were extremely rude and abrupt. There was no airconditioning in the rooms and with 38 degrees heat on average, it was unbearable. There was no fan in the bathroom which made it extremely uncomfortable when showering.

Best hotel all trip. Breakfeast was awesome so much to offer including Eggs and bacon. Very close to the train station. Staff where very helpful and friendly. Highly reccommended.

very good hotel, good price. it is cute and new.room are clean and quite. thinking about the price,the best hotel i had resident in europe. shortcoming is : it is a little bit far from the S-Bahn station, need may 10 min walk.

We had a nice experience during our stay. Considering the price paid, the location was decently central, 5 min to the subway and 10 min to city center. Also, I liked the style of the corridors and rooms. The only problem was the cigarrete smell when we entered the room.

The rooms are sufficient for sleeping, but not much more. The desk in the room is a wooden board between wall and bench (which is no more than 2 boards with a cushion on it). There are pastic curtains on the windows and (cold) ceramic tiles on the entire floor. Underneath the painted wallpaper, you clearly see old electrical outlets and things. The paint looks fresh though. The cleaning crew is probably very used to their activities, there are places that are cleaned daily, but others (for instance behind the doors), that, judging by the amount of dust and hairs, are never cleaned. My colleague was told there was wireless internet available in the lobby, but when I asked ,I was told there was no internet available in the hotel and I was directed to a nearby call-shop. All in all sufficient when you need a place to sleep, but not something you would want to spend your vacation. I had no problems during my stay, but I will probably not revisit the hotel.

Excellent value for money hotel. The only drawback was the thin curtains. It's as if the management decide that just because you are getting a cheap room rate, that you aren't entitled to a dark room when you sleep!! Crazy! Put in some blackout curtains and you have my unqualified praise for a great hotel and a great stay.

This was a nice place to stay and the included breakfast was great. The location was not quite as central as I would have liked, but it is great value for the money, and it wasn't a bad walk to most of the tourist areas.

I thought this hotel was closer to the train station than it is. It's about 15 minutes of brisk walking. Nice bright room. Desk staff could show a little more personality. Good breakfast is included.
