Very clean, large restroom. Great shower! We had four people in one room which was tight, but very manageable, especially for the price. Great deal!

the location was somewhat inconvenient for family due to the sexually explicit places scattered arround,on the otherhand,the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming,the wifi internet was disabled on upper floors even though internet was available on first floor for free.i stayed there for 3 nights.

The room was very comfortable and clean. We had a four person room, there were bunkbeds for our two children. There was a bit of noise at night but my earplugs took care of the problem. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and within walking distance of the Marienplatz.

Hotel di livello scarsissimo a confronto del prezzo di pernottamento. Aspetto non accogliente con camere certamente non di qualità. Entrambe le mattine di residenza nell'hotel ci siamo alzati con un bel mal si schiena, la ragione l'abbiamo compresa l'ultimo giorno: non abbiamo dormito su reti ma su tavole di truciolato, insomma solo materasso. La zona è attorniata da sexy shop ed altri alberghi di livello probabilmente migliori dello stesso. Comunque la posizione è buona a 5 minuti dal centro. Tirando le somme: LO SCONSIGLIO. Cercatene altri. Hotel of the most insufficient level to comparison of the night's passing price. Not pleasant aspect with quality rooms sure not. Both the mornings of residence in the hotel there are some raises to you with a beautiful back badly, the reason we have comprised it the last day: we have not slept on nets but on tables of wood, insomma only mattress. The zone is surrounded from sexy shop and others probably lodge of level better of the same one. However the position is good to 5 minuteren from the center. Pulling the sums: I ADVICE AGAINST. It tries of it others to you.

The room was small and furnishings basic, but this is a budget hotel so you shouldn't expect too much. But it is clean, safe, and located near the main train station. Breakfast is simple, but fine. Although there are several strip joints in the area, the surroundings never felt sleezy, dirty, or unsafe. There is some noise from music from nearby bars coming into the room, but it wasn't something that disturbed my sleep. If you are looking for a budget hotel, this is indeed a good deal!

Despite my awarness about the property to be a simple one, rooms (at least the one I had) are too small and needing renovations. The bath-room has all the basic facilities but it's so small you can't move around. Definitely not a 3-star property. Breakfast is not bad. The hotel is located in an area with some man-only-bar and adult oriented theatres but advertising is enough "polite" and even if I was travelling with my children it wasn't too embarrassing. The only plus is that starting from there everything of the Munich old-town (Marienplatz, Residenz, ....) is at a walking distance. anyway you've the subway station at 2-3 minutes. Getting there by car is not hard. You cannot park along the street during the day but you can during the night and on sunday. The property has an agreement with a parking lot (300-400 m. distance) and the daily fee is 10 €.

This hotel is really good also because is near to the downtown !!!
