Excellent location within walking distance to the central railway station. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Excellent breakfast. No hair dryer in room is the only pity.

The services were excellent especially at the reception counter. All of them were very helpful. Location excellent as very near to Haptbahnhof munich(central railway station).Lots of restaurants nearby.

Shower stall glass doors don't open wide enough for anyone except very thin people to squeeze through. Rooms in desperate need of sound-proofing. Otherwise it was a good value. Parking rates in garage should be posted. Easy access to public transportation.

All rooms should have hair driers in the bathroom not requiring a security deposit, as well as personal safes in the room. Additionally the elevator was old, slow, and scary to ride in, so generally would climb the stairs to the 4 th floor to reach the room.

This is very good hotel with very good location. Only 7 min walk from central station and only 20 min walk to the old city centre. Very spacious room with all what you need and more. Very friendly and multilanguage staff. About pricing - if you will book it in advance (for 2-3 months), price will be excellent! I will stay here again with big pleasures!

The Hotel is located in a great location for doing Old Munich on foot. Everything is close. The staff was friendly had helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking at the parking ramp that is attached to the Holel but not run by them is over priced. 15.50 euros a day, that's $22.50 USD, which is why I listed the pricing as average and not good. If you don't have a car I would recommend this Hotel for it's location alone.

We were a group of 13 adult males going for a beertasting weekend in Munich and did not want the crowds and noise of the Oktoberfest, so went there a week after. And hotel and -rooms obviously hit hard by fest-crowd as rooms/showers not in best nick. (But workers doing room/hallway repairs every day now). We first tried to book the Inter City Hotel, but did not get OK, so this hotel next pick from HotelClub. Not a real 3* standard hotel we feel, as a bit shabby/ run down after the 'fest', but staff friendly and OK. And very centrally situated for our purpose, but would perhaps try another hotel next time, I'm afraid. Would rather pay a bit extra for a better standard.

Personnel friendly. Amazing that they photograph my passport, I asked them if the owner originates from east Germany, they mentioned that being near the train station makes the site vulnerable. Breakfast was poor, old frozen bread got heated and served, very poor dining room without windows. No more than 2 stars- at best.
