Big rooms, friendly staff, huge breakfast selection, and a fantastically handy: right beside the train station (no, you can't hear the trains), and at the top of the main street in Munich. We had a great stay, obviously!

Few minutes walk to city center, good location. Parking available at near parkhouse, although not free. No problems with rooms or breakfast.

Hotel Ok.....But charged Mini Bar Bill twice...they wouldn't budge at 6 euro's...very petty after spending 800 euros at Hotel !

Good location close to the train station. They did mix up our booking and we were left with a small double room instead of a twin and were not helpful at all the first night about it. Day staff were very helpful and accommodating - try to arrive before 5pm if you can to avoid any potential problems. Good breakfasts which were included

The room was pretty small, heating irregular and quite economic (leaving the room you take out the key… and immediately the A/C and heating system is also out. In several hours welcome back to a frozen room).

The room was a little bit dingy and at breakfast the rolls actually were cold--we had to send them back. But location is good and it was a good price. Not sure I'd go there again though.

I wonder how this hotel got its 4 stars. the lobby and restaurant are ok, but the room lacks comfort, mirror, shelves or drawers, note pads, in short, all you would expect of a 4 star hotel. And the bathroom isn’t much better. It’s one of the worst choices of my life. Practically spoilt our stay in Munich. US$250 for that is an outrage. I think the hotel association should review its ratings. Thank you

Staff extremely helpful and efficient, we very much appreciated their efforts on our behalf. Room was very good, was away from the street side of the hotel and very quiet, just as we requested.
