Even though the Hotel is 6kms away from the city centre, I found it extremely comfortable. We had rental car, so it was easy to commute from city centre to the hotel. Hotel itself is having excellent rooms, friendly staff, superb breakfast. On top of that I have enjoyed watching Premier League football games in live on Premier channel. I recommend staying in this hotel, indeed. It is certainly worth to stay in this hotel for the prices hotel quotes to their customer. Good Job!!!

We stayed at Confort Hotel Munchen Ost for 2 nights and would not recommend it to anybody. To start with, we checked in and they had no double rooms left although our booking clearly stated this, so we simply had 2 singles pushed together. The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre and in fact from anything at all as it's situated in a commercial park area. This would be okay if there was easy transportation, however the staff had no idea what the easiest and quickest route would be to get into town - we had to figure it out for ourselves. Upon going downstairs to breakfast the next morning, we were harrassed by the waiting staff who said we had to check with reception first (which we had) and weren't allowed to have breakfast even though it was included in our room price. This was eventually sorted but not before they had shooed us out of the area. Overall, the staff had extremely poor knowledge of transport and tourist areas and were rude and unhelpful. In addition to this, the hotel was miles away from anywhere and there were no decent transportation links. Definitely not worth the money! The hostel we had stayed at for the 3 nights prior was of superior quality!!

The hotel is very clean and quiet, and Among twelve hotels we stayed in Europe on this trip, this is the only one have free Wi-Fi in the room. Most hotels we stayed either their Wi-Fi “broken” right on the day before our arrival or charge by per hour, or simply can not detect the signal? Breakfast is very nice and we have wonderful stay here. The room is not large enough for young and active children, and I am not sure about other facilities for children, it is good for short stay in München.
