Nice hotel foyer and very nice bar. Rooms a little dated but otherwise clean. Alongside a supermarket and U-Bahn station which is handy as the hotel is a mile from the city centre.

I found 95% of the staff unhelpful.The concierge did not want to help with a theatre booking he said I should do it myself the Maitre`D was most unwelcoming. People next to me asked 4 times for coffee and milk. I had milk that was off and I asked for fresh and when she brought it she insisted I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with it. My room was not cleaned for 2 days. At breakfast we were not seated so people had to mill around looking for a table without assistance.
