Best location possible so central, room beautifuly presented although the shower was very small and needed a bit of bleach!Staff very friendly and helpful. We would definatley recommend the hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Some mosquitoes, but I don't think this was the fault of the hotel. I like sleeping with the window open! Very helpful and looked after our bags for a long time too!

The second time that me and my partner have stayed at this hotel. Fantastic location, 2 mins from Rialto and 5 mins from San Marco. Friendly staff, lovely clean rooms. And you can book a taxi to pick you up from the canal outside the Hotel. Looking on some other sites people have complained about the lack of lift. This never bothered me as you only take it up once and down once.

We found the hotel to be very central. The gondoliers pass under the bedroom window. It is a good location for visiting and getting to know Venice

I stayed with my girlfriend for a couple of nights as the last part of our tour of Italy itinerary. And I'm glad we did, as Venice is an incredible finale to any tour. The hotel is located on a narrow stretch of canal, still negotiable by the boat taxis, a 5 minute walk from both Rialto and St Mark's. It's a friendly hotel, and the proprietors are helpful. The room was almost royal in appearance and very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but adequate. Anyone who stays there will be overwhelmed and will be delighted by their choice.

It is only 1 star hotel, but room we staid in was pretty nice. Well decorated, and clean, however our bath was extremely small. It looks like they remodeled all the rooms in this hotel but forgot to remodel baths. It is quite noisy if you staying in the room facing canal. There is a restaurant a cross a canal it stays open late and you can hear everything (unless you close windows). Breakfast was quite a disappointment. Only one croissant and one cup of coffee allowed per person if you want more you have to pay extra. I thought our breakfast was included in price? Location is very good right between Realto bridge and San Marco Square. Easy to get to this hotel from S.L train station by taking boat #82 stop Realto Bridge. 5 min walk to hotel.

Gorgeous little hotel in the traditional venetian style. Central location right near rialto and st mark's square. would def recommend it and stay here again
