Conveniantly located near airport. Good restaurants (including mexican), excellent breakfast bufet, fittness, bar. Hotel often very crowded and rooms difficult to get unless you want to pay for a suite or vip room which is double the price. Rooms have everything a businesstraveler needs. Noise from airport which is very nearby is efficiently reduced to zero.

I did not pay the lines paid for my stay. This is the reason why I do not write about the pricing. It was a perfect stay inbetween fligths in Russia, coming from abroad in late nigth and traveling further on in the morning. (I had to put something in the criteria asking for pricing otherwise I could not submit the form, but this was not my objective to write anything there).

The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, but the rooms are very tired, beds are uncomfortable, and reasonably clean, but far below Western standards. It is a distance from Red Square but located close to the airport, there is a bus nearby to travel to Red Square. The price in Russia are very expensive for the quality, but this is true throughout Russia.

Excellent location if travelling to / out of SVO-2 or SVO-1 (Moscow international or domestic airports). The traffic in Moscow is something you do not want to deal with. The price is reasonable too for Moscow standards. I highly recommend Novotel and Hotel Club saved me 50% off the hotel price.

The price is disproportionate with the room quality. Internet service (Wi-Fi) worked badly with Outlook and the price charged is in the same scale with the room price. However, the restaurant and the service was ok.

Some breakfast trays were laying on room corridor till afternoon, this was only unpleasent point in this hotel.

The meal selections for the evening were limited. There were no fresh vegetables for salads. The waitresses were kind but not attentive and had to be signaled for service and to get the bill. The desk service was excellent.

The price is extremely high compared with other Novotels offering the same faciilities at/near main airports in Europe. The price qhoted in the internet reservation (CCARD@HOTELCLUB.NET) was not the one actually charged. I think there is a problem with the service provider or with the transmission of information to your hotel. Thank you

The NOVOTEL is located very convenient if a person is in transit throuh Terminal 1 or 2 of Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport. The srvice and the standard of the hotel is average for a 4 star hotel, where most of the guest are transit passengers (one night guests). The Hotel is clean, The services areis friendly and efficient. The quality of the food in the Don Pedro restaurant is to expensive, taking the quality and choice into consideration.

Since 1995 I have stayed at this hotel during several business trips to Moscow and have always found the services and facility to be very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I was not really fond of the Mexican restaurant.

If you want one day drop in moscow as airport transit, this hotel is best owe to free suttle bus to city center and another free shuttle to airport. It is because the traffic between airport and city center is terrible in Moscow.

The room service was great. They constantly come through the hallways checking to see if someone needs room service unlike most hotels that clean once a day. Most of the staff speak an adequate level of English. The shuttle service to both airports and to the city center is not only convenient but can save you some money. My worst complaint is the price of the hotel. I think the nightly rates are a little high.
