Awful experience. We were put in a smoking room though we asked for a non-smoking one when we made our booking. Hotel blamed HotelClub.net for the discrepancy. We were given a room with a toilet that clogged every time it was used. We were not given a new room till the next day despite repeated complaints. And housekeeping blamed us for the clogged toilet! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

While pleased with the location of this hotel we would not stay there again. We found the overall appearance a little tired and rundown and did not appreciate the parking surcharge. Besides this and to our surprise, we had been allocated a smoking room (with no recollection of having designated this on-line as we are non-smokers with two young children travelling alongside). The service personnel (desk people and cleaning staff) were fine but the aforementioned left much to be desired.
