From Anonymous - Montecatini Terme
We had booked the Metropole but when we arrived we were switched to their other hotel around the corner. Very disappointing experience. Could not regulate the heat. Breakfast was limited as they ran out of food. Coffee was served cold. Reception was rude and actually yelled at guests. Would never recommend this hotel!!
