Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast rich and delicious. the hotel is located in a great area just a ten minutes walk from the doumo. the only annoying thing was the noise of some construction works in the hotel every day. but it started only at 11 am so it was time to get up anyway. i would stay there again anytime!

Have just been to Milan again where I lived on another Hotel. The Starhotel Ritz was closed for a total renovation - so I think the standart is going up, I´m expekting a lot:-)

Ideal hotel for short break in Milan. Good location, rooms are slightly on the small side but nicely furnished and clean. Staff were friendly and happy to offer advice on the area.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. One of the best mattresses I've ever slept on! Rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. The breakfast was excellent - great choice available.All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to Starhotels Ritz. The only drawback was the construction noise.
