We were disappointed since we thought that we would get a matrimonial bed but we got to separate beds even if it was stated in the reservation that we should get the matrimonial bed. We pointed this out for the personell but they coulden't arrange it.

(1)The reception staff were surly upon check in. (2)The room rate on the check-in card differed to the emailed rate when I checked and the management refused to consider it was their mistake!

We arrived at the hotel after 1pm and yet our room still wasn't ready for occupancy. We were asked to wait a further 40 minutes before being able to check-in. This was after having been travelling since 3.45am that morning. I also found the reception staff to be quite poor. Several times whilst being served by them, they were distracted by other staff or other customers.

This hotel is very nice if you are ok on paying the price. The staff is helpful and many speak English. There is not much in the immediate surrounding area, but shopping and restaurants are only about a 10-minute walk away. We were very happy with the food (quality and price) at the hotel’s restaurant. If you are flying from the Malpensa airport, it is advised to research the best way to get there in advance. It is a long (almost a 1 hour) car trip to the Malpensa airport. The hotel limo to Malpensa cost us 90 Euro. Taxis were reported to cost 70-75 Euro.
