- No coffee pot in the room. But that's typical for Europe.
We were traveling with friends who were following us into the hotel and I was assured (at 2:00PM) that their room was also ready. When they arrived at 4:00PM they were told they must wait another 3 hours.Read more In addition, I told the desk that the air conditioner in my room did not work and was told we must wait until the next day for the technician. They did have another room but since it was a junior suite we were not allowed to have a comfortable night. (At almost $400.00 per night this seems wrong.) Also, there were never enough people on the desk. The location and breakfast were, however, quite good.Hide
The food in the restorant of the hotel was very good, we like very much the hotel.
This was the first time I had stayed at a Hotel Jolly and it was perfect for a weekend away. Located just a short train ride away from the city centre. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming even in the late hours of the night when we arrived and the included breakfast was delicious. Good value.
