We were traveling with friends who were following us into the hotel and I was assured (at 2:00PM) that their room was also ready. When they arrived at 4:00PM they were told they must wait another 3 hours. In addition, I told the desk that the air conditioner in my room did not work and was told we must wait until the next day for the technician. They did have another room but since it was a junior suite we were not allowed to have a comfortable night. (At almost $400.00 per night this seems wrong.) Also, there were never enough people on the desk. The location and breakfast were, however, quite good.

This was the first time I had stayed at a Hotel Jolly and it was perfect for a weekend away. Located just a short train ride away from the city centre. The staff were extremely courteous and welcoming even in the late hours of the night when we arrived and the included breakfast was delicious. Good value.

The description said that there is a garage on site- no I had to go 3 blocks away. I reserved and paid for a larger room , but the room we were given could not be smaller. Breakfast was advertised as starting at 7am. we arrived at 7:02 and were told to go outside and wait.

The hotel is located within a 20 minute walk of the Duomo and Galleria. They also provide a shuttle to the airport Mon-Friday. We needed transportation to Linate on Saturday and they secured two cabs for our party. We were told that it would be 35 euros tops.....it was actually only 8 euros per cab! The breakfast provided was excellent and there's a nice "happy hour" buffet served free with cocktails. We were most satisfied with our stay there.

very nice and comfortable hotel, staff helpful. One complaint about hotel restaurant - we had to wait for service very long, the guests, who came after us were served the first - about 15 minutes has past, after the waiter has come to us - we were ready to leave the place.
