Just a one night stay. It was fine, the beds were softer than some of the other places we stayed. It was a good 30 -40 minute walk to the Duomo. Not too far from the train station. We walked and realized that the street signs are on the buildings at each corner. It took some time to navigate our way but we found the hotel. We also ate at the restaurant across the street, very good. Would probably stay here again, just for a stop through tho.

Rooms are adequate. Bathroom seemed to be newly refurbished. No frills and our most expensive hotel stay while in Italy (including Venice, Rome, Naples and Palermo). Location near to the train station and major metro stops made travel around and out of the city easier.

Overpriced due to exhibition or something (160 EUR instead of normal 55-80 EUR), BUT excellent location, excellent restaurant across the street, excellent breakfast - better that in normal 3 star hotels. Rooms normal - better than you expect from 2 star hotel. Otherwise - highly recommended during normal price period - price/quality balance very good

A lot of people I met in this hotel...they came from Germany, France...they are good. Yes, its my first time to stay here..(in this hotel) well, its okay...try to be here...and you will be satisfied to their services....GOODLUCK HOTEL SERENA....!!!
