The hotel is just a few blocks from Milan's central train station. (We took a cab and it was 5 Euros) The young man at the desk was very helpful with carrying the luggage up the stairs and with answering our questions on ATMs, restaurants, subway, etc.

I stayed in a one-bed room for one night and for this it was really ok. The staff is very friendly, the room clean and lately renovated and the price ok. The only downside was, that my room was on the ground floor directly behind the reception which made it a bit loud.

The property is very well maintained and in an excellent area for getting around the city. Nothing particularly special about the rooms or the hotel, but definitely a comfortable place to sleep after a busy day in Milan. Some train noise in the middle of the night, but not too bad. The woman working there was very nice and helpful.

The welcome at the reception was very pleasant and efficient. There is no elevator and our room was on the top (third) floor. The staff very kindly helped take our cases to the room. The room was well decorated and had plenty of space for two people. Being on a main road there was some noise in to the early hours of the morning. Overall a pleasant hotel for short stays in Milan and very close to the Centrale train station.
