It's near metro and can have a walk to city center (30min). We are two people and take one room. It was clean and big enough. Hotel sorroundings where good at day and night.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Criticisms? Hotel bar was never open. No tea/cofee making facility in rooms. No mini-bar/fridge in room. Public park opposite hotel was very noisy during the night with dogs barking,etc.

Not so near Milano Centrale but not so far you would have to take a taxi. Near metro and central Milan. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will definetly go back.

The hotel is not so near to the tube stop so you need to walk and this is not so comfortable if you have heavy luggage. In the room I coudn't find the fridge as written on the hotel description, while taking a shower a piece of the shower box fell down on me and on the floor there were ants but they didn't know where to find a spray, they simply told me they always have the problem of hants in summer! I decided to leave the room but they had the courage to ask me the payment the room with a discount of 20%. Do they know thay a person for the Italian law can refuse to pay if he/she doesn't have the service described?

There are several things I can pinpont from this hotel. It is very clean, it is well located, at walking distance of the Metropolitan subway (Lepanto station), and fairly close to the Stazione Centrale. The bed was very comfortable and I got good bath towels. But... I have to admit, there are some things that I found odd, at least contrary to my view of what hotels should be like. I live in america, and all my electric appliances have the kind of plugs not used in Europe. This hotel does not account for foreign guests... I couldn't find any adapters and so I was unable to plug my camcorder, cell phone or hair dryer. Anyway, I asked the receptionist and she reluctantly lent me a weird little adapter that was not for my kind of appliances specifically but it did fit some of them. Of course, I gave it back, so my advice to anyone, ask in the reception and you might be lucky to borrow it. According to what I saw, it's the only one she had in the drawer. The staff in the front desk changes constantly. I was there 3 nights and I think I saw about 6 different people. I have to mention one of them, a young guy, he was the nicest person I met in Milano. I can't remember his name, but I hope he is still there for others. Something kind of annoying... nobody not registered could go upstairs with me. THis is simply ridiculous! One of the ladies said that no way, if the other person was not registered. So I had to drag my bags on my own upstairs because I couldn't have anyone help me do it. Also, bad points because there are no convenience stores nearby, and no vending machines, ice machines, or drinking water in the hotel either. Last but not least, the bathroom was very nice, but the shower was way too narrow and small and the sliding shower door constantly came out of the sliding track. Anyway, for non-picky travelers who love economy and are only looking for a place to sleep and no luxury, this is the hotel for you. If you like convenience and have lots of friends who yo

We had an nice stay at this hotel, not far from Metro or shops. Short way by Metro to center of Milano. A bit noise when the Tram started to go in the morning.
