As Cristallo claims to be a low-cost hotel, I expected the room to be small and my overall expectation was low. But, the hotel ended up being far too worse than I expected. The rooms were not clean, the carpets were dirty and the air condition did not work. Not to forget, the room was stinky. But my biggest complaint is internet. The hotel website claimed the rooms had internet. But there was no wireless or provision/jack/port in the room. All they had was a phone. Luckily I picked up some Fon signal in the hotel lobby. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

My only negative response is due to a young, inexperienced receptionist who caused me unnecessary stress when I needed to check out--a shame since I would certainly return to the cristallo.

Not many services offered in hotel and breakfast was quite basic.There was little information for guests. 5 mins walk to central station so excellent for transport to airport etc. quick service, only took 5 minutes to check in.
