The hotel is in the process of expanding and updating. The staff was very welcoming and helped with dinner recommendations. Breakfast was a small but typical Italian buffet and included coffee made to order. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel due to some road construction and the lack of one bus line . We asked at the train/bus station and found a different route with little difficulty. We would stay here again.

We’ve really had a pleasant stay at Bogart Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and top of that the Reception speaks English. The surrounding area was really quiet & not bad. The rooms weren’t spacious instead they were cozy & clean. The major drawback of the Hotel was the bathrooms were very small. The breakfast buffet was not that bad at all, all in all, we really recommend this Hotel…

Very freindly staff good clean rooms very good value for money , would stay again,Good brekafast buffet with plenty of choice. If your looking for value for money this is the best hotel in Milano, the only problem is its about 40 minutes walk to the centre of the city but i dont it a few times and you get to see the real Milano and a taxi will cost you about 9 euros each way.

Please NEVER stay in Bogart!!! 1) We tried to find it for more then 2 (!!!) hours!!! Finally only one Italian guy with GPS-navigation helped us and we could reach it! 2) Receptionist is the guy from the Ukrain :((((, he accomodated us in the room directly opposite the reception, in one meter! You can estimate the "comfort" of such accomodation. Moreover, the room amd bath were very dirty, untidy, sanitary engineering was rusty and in a very bad condition! 3) He said us where to park the car during the night, saying that it is the hotel's parking. And in the morning we obtained the penalty from the police for the improper car park!!! The director of the hotel even did not want to explain us how to pay it!!! Please, do not repeat our mistake and keep yourself from visiting this hotel!!! :(((

We'd read in our "Rough Guide" that if you found an inexpensive hotel in Milan, it was likely to be in a red light district; and there did seem to be an awful lot of extremely attractive young ladies waiting at or near to bus stops when we arrived (which was about 1 a.m. and the Hotel staff were still there, still helpful, and still cheerful!). The map on Venere was dreadful - the hotel were very helpful on the six or so times that I had to phone them - but we got there in the end. In fact, I enjoyed driving round Milan in the pouring rain so much that I've bought a GPS for use next time we go back! There was a transport strike the next day, so we walked into Milan centre - it took about 35 minutes and was a very pleasant amble. The breakfast wasn't up to much, but all the staff were extremely helpful. We had to check out at an ungodly hour in order to get back to the airport; again, the staff were at the reception desk - we offered to pay before we went to bed the previous evening, but they assured us that they would be on duty at 4.00 a.m. when we left, and they were; our bill was already prepared and we were able to pay by credit card or cash - something we found most night staff aren't allowed to deal with in Italy. We had a room right by the entrance and I didn't notice any noise. All in all, I'd be quite happy to stay here again if we decide to stay in the city next time. As a hotel for the airport, it's fine if you're driving. But the bus and train services to Malpensa only run during the daytime; and a taxi to the airport would, literally, have cost me more than a week's car rental.
