Very nice situated hotel, nice streets and walking distance to the old centre and shopping area of Milan. You can choose to walk throgh the lovely Venezia garden. The hotel offers OK surroundings, but the room was small and on 4th floor you can hear the metro. The rate was pretty high compared to other "big cities", perhaps due to Formula 1 in the same weekend.

nice hotel in great location on major shopping street in milan. subway stop about 10metres away from front door. only complaint......we had laundry done by the hotel and about 40% of it came back with soap stains.

The hotel is nice, they just renovated the ground floor and planing to do it with all other hotel. Personel is very sincerly helpful. Rooms were very cleane. Setilite tv with MANY MANY chanels is provided. Breakfast was not the best, but quite nice. Single roome is small, but with big enough bathroom. Ask for quite room, because those that look on Corso Buenosaires could be a little noisy. Metro station is just one step away, the same with a taxi stop- very good location! A lot of shops around the hotel and via Montenapoleone is 15 minuts by walk. I come to Milan 4 times a year and always stay in different hotels. This expirience was nice, I think I'll come back to this hotel one of the next visits.

When I arrived to check in my name was not on their list. I gave them VENERE info and they looked it up. It took about 5 minutes for them to find my reservation. Due to this they upgraded me without any additional cost. The rooms was very nice and the staff was very helpful with getting hours of museums and with best option to get to airport etc. Great staff, great bathrooms and room & plentiful breakfasts. Very close to the subway stops... Overall a great place to stay if in Milan.
