The room was very small, bathroom was tiny. The room had not been properly cleaned when I arrived, there was no duvet on bed until I requested it. I left items in my room on departure and emailed the hotel several times to ask them to ship them to me and I would meet the costs, several emails later and after complaining to Radisson customer service, my items were eventually returned.

The hotel was adequate but no moore than that. The room we were allocated (a petite room) was extremely samll and very draughty. We complained and were allocated a slightly bigger and better room. OverallRead more the hotel was not of the standard I expected from a Radisson hotel. Hide
