We had a wonderful time at the South Seas Hotel. The staff is terrific. The pool is a movie set. The only hitch, a late checkout a was not possible. They stored our luggage and we hung out at the pool and hammocks in the back until time to leave for the airport. The cafe, and the happy hour prices, a definite plus. We will do this vacation again!!!

This hotel was 100% fabulous. Even better than it looked on the website. The staff was incredibly helpful and hilarious! We are already planning to go back. The location was perfect and the food was great. I would highly recommend it!

South Seas is situated in a very good location and is a comfortable hotel with the necessary basics. Nice swimming pool that backs onto South Beach and the hotel is value for money.

We are very, very happy about our stay at the South Seas Hotel! A pleasant welcoming reception, a nice, clean room and a perfect location. Either a few steps out of the hotel and you find yourself in an interesting, busy city or in the opposite direction, through a well-kept garden with a pool, you suddenly face and enjoy a marvellouslly lengthy beach.

The Hotel is very well situated. Less than 10 min. walk from Ocean Drive. The beach behind the Hotel is also very nice. The Swimmingpool is more than sufficient. Breakfast at the Hotel could be a bit better.

If I go back to Miami I would like to stay there but would like a room facing the sea . Also, we got a good rate and stay5 pay 4. This is needed because of our very low NZ$. The people there were lovely. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Although it is an older hotel, it is very clean and is in an excellent location. Parking is a hastle, but the valet service is good and customers should be aware that there is an extra charge for parking.

Perfect location on the beach, great pool and hammocks and bar/restaurant. Only thing missing was a hot tub. Also wish the pool was open later for late-night swims. (Piped-in music in pool area was completely unnecessary/annoying.) Cute deco decor and retro photos in hallways. Noisy neighbors but were moved without a problem. Polite service.
