Apparently the hotel has recently been sold. There appeared to be a good bit of deferred maintenance with the overall appearence somewhat dated and in need of a deep cleaning. Very convenient location however. Between two lines of the Metro Mover and on the river.

Disconcerted at check-in, 1510, Saturday, April 21, that a room was not ready. Instructed to sit in public area, no offer of a drink/refreshment. Notice that 1110 would be our room; when confirmed at 1530 308 was the allocated room, no explanation. Maid/ cleaning staff were outstanding in meeting our initial requests. Front desk service better on departure.

The room was good if you don't plan to spend most of your time in it. T'was kinda small but all i needed was somewhere to sleep, shave, and shower. Not the cleanest hotel but it wasn't dirty. All services rendered were great, from valet back to front desk, the restaurante, and even housekeeping. Overall B- borderline C
