Front desk guy was extremely helpful and professional. Location is the best feature for this hotel. Rooms were archaic and visually unappealing. However they were clean and comfortable enough for a 2-3 day visit. Anything longer would have been intolerable. All the plumbing worked fine and the free internet access was helpful. Skip the free continental breakfast which was useless. Decent price/basic service but good overall value by SOBE standards.

This hotel was in a great spot, a block from the beach and South Beach strip. Rooms were spacious with a fridge and iron and there was also storage space to hang your clothes. Hotel staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

All hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, however the room was quite small and was not well equipped.(Old, small screen T.V. no coffee maker, basic furniture etc.) Excellent location, but does not convey the Art-Deco experience that South Beach is renowned for.

The hotel is above the restaurant. Thus, at night it's still very noisy. The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants and beach.
