the hotel was a great convenience for our midnight return from a long transatlantic flight. the amenities were like those of a much less expensive hotel (plastic glasses, no lotion, small anonymous shampoo, etc), but the convenience was worth paying for. beds and linens were very good.

If you are transitting thru Miami and have no need to go into the city or downtown districts, then this is a fantastic option. All gym and pool facilities were closed when I was staying there which was disappointing, but being able to check in immediately from late night flights was the bonus.

The hotel staff were not polite.We were initially given the wrong sort of room despite the booking being correct. This hotel had been chosen as a sort of overnight haven for the trip however on arrival the gym/spa was closed for refurbishment as were other facilities. and the hotel was dirty and dusty from building work.Therte was no mention of this when booking.

The greatest benefit of the hotel is that it is at the airport. They had no record of our Expedia registration when we arrrived.
