We have stayed at this particular hotel on two prior occasions booked thru Hotelclub.com(May 20-- we rec'd no member dollars from Hotelclub for some odd reason!! and I notified Hotelclub to no avail!!), and June 3rd and this was the best stay of the three on July 1st, the room was clean, but with a musty odor.. The service was great, the requested two extra pillows were quickly brought over to the room and the front desk person was very accomodating to our requests..

I do not remember if I was able to ask for a non-smoking room when I made the reservation online. But if the option had been there, I would have taken it. When we got to the hotel we were quite taken aback at being given a smoking room. When we asked the person on duty about this, he told us the information they had been given from the third party we made the reservation through is that we wanted a smoking room. I could tell he was lying. One way or the other, we ended up with a smoking room, and we both felt like vomiting at the end of our seven hour stay.
