Nice pool & right on the beach. Valet parking is an expensive extra and a bit of a hassle although a lot of hotels in the area have the same system. We were bothered one night by the hotel next door having a VERY noisy air con system, ie too noisy to sleep. Complained to the duty manager, but we could not be moved as the hotel was full, but they never came back to us with an explanation.

Restaurant service was poor for breakfast; non-existant for dinner. The area that the hotel is in is very poorly served by restaurants.

Ideal place to stay for South Beach,bus stops nearly ouside the hotel door,an excellent resteraunt and very pleasant and helpful staff.Will stay again when we visit Miami

I booked this hotel based on the ratings on this site. Then read reviews which rated the hotel pretty badly. I was sceptical about my choice, but decided to stick with it because I used [your website] before and trusted their ratings. DO NOT believe the other reviews, this hotel was very nice. I was actually suprised was expecting something bad. Normally pictures arent believing, but these are! Infact it looks better in person. Very central, neat, clean and a decent size. Nice foyer, and just outside is the swimming pool which was in good condition and clean. Just past the pool was access directly onto miami beach! You have to pay for valet parking ($15 p/day) and wait 30mins for your car tho. I would definately stay here again.

Very well situated hotel at Miami Beach with access to boardwalk which allows you to stroll for some lenght along the beach. Children friendly staff and with a swimming pool to relax if needed.

Very bad service. Internet didn't work as it should have, vending machines didn't have products to vend, the hotel restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner and room service was supposed to work until 11pm (according to the menu in the room) but when I called at 10:30 they were already closed and that the menu in the room was wrong.

This hotel is really worth money in Miami Beach. Good location on beach side and very reasonable pricing. Friendly staf throughout all services. Negative points: breakfast too expensive for that quality, lobby cold, no special actions on Christmas eve/day and tours recommended (not arranged) by hotel very poorly organized, not worth of money (specially the boat tour and city/boat combination).

Hard beds, Front desk and conceirge were not very helpful. Pool area was nice and access to the beach was good. Not a lot of Breakfast/light lunch places nearby. Onsite restaurant was pricey.
