We had a great time at the hotel. Very nice suites. Only half/block to the beach. Very convenient. We would recommend to others.

Pretty clean hotel needs some up grades. Needs to have more on site activities. Maid service was less than to be desired. The first night we had no wash cloths. The rest of the time we did not have soap, shampoo, conditioners, coffee. The carpets were not vacuumed. First impression on walking in was good. But there was no follow through. For what was offered verses other hotels the others around same price offers much more.

Concidering it's price and location, I had a nice stay in Habana. Rooms where clean, airco not too noisy. Miami Beach is right across the street. As in other older hotels the shower wasn't in perfect state but when you want to pay a little less it's a good choice.
