Love this hotel, beeen staying here for four years in row. The only thing I have always been dissatisfied with is the housekeeping staff, very unfriendly, dirty towels are picked up in the morning and clean towels delivered at 4pm, you get the feeling you got the same towels that were just washed during the day

The $8 self parking across the street is in a kind of scary walled in lot full of puddles and not big enough for all the cars (pay just $2 more for valet). The private beach is just the part closest to the hotel where the tiki umbrellas are - very small and open to public, not private at all. You are charged $6 a day resort fee to use lounge chairs that you can't even take more than 6 feet onto the beach, whether you use them or not, and charged if you use the safe in the room. For the location it was an awesome deal for us because it was actually on the beach and close to my family we were visiting, but the hidden fees were annoying and frustrating and the cleanliness average. Decent place when travelling on a budget, but definitely don't expect any frills.

Aircondition's incredible - I was freezing there and there's no way to shut it down. Internet connection in rooms actually isn't there. Hotel's run-down a lot.
