The Albion Hotel was ideally situated near South Beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly during our stay. The king sized room which we upgraded to from a buddy room (which was very small) had a very small bathroom but a comfortable bed. I did think the decor looked a little grubby and the whole hotel really needs to be redecorated soon.

The only thing which was annoying is that the hotel pool was closed for my final 2 days at this hotel. The only reason I stayed there was for the pool. when myslef and other guests tried to reach management, the front desk attendanats tried to offer us cocktyails. I left 3 msgs for the GM. No answer. very disappointed.

Hotel impressed - especially in terms of design, style, and position in South Beach. Swimming Pool looked great (had a cold so didn't visit it), breakfast superb and good value, room 511 a little small, but nice design (probably one of the smallest rooms though by floor plan), staff helpful, all in all would certainly revisit Albion.

This true Art Deco gave all we need at v. good price. Staff always helpful, blip at checkout due to volume. We highly recommend this nice hotel. Stories about noise so overdone, If you want party, much nearby, incl in hotels like this. Avoid pointless valet parking at $25 pd, use 17th st Munil Pkng at $8 pd, its max 5 min walk and fine. Valet parker (not employed by hotel) was frequently rude and useless,you dont need them. Bar way overpriced but deal each night and a neat place. We travelled as Mum, Dad and girls 17, 18. Beach is 5 min. No eve restaurant, but Linc Rd outside gives 40, and true quality at National, Ritz and Delgano in 5 mins which we tried. Fab!! You will get what you pay for so just ask. I know that JenRubello will contact me at gileske@hotmail.co.uk to confirm these facts. Go there! We'll be back (I know you don't care, but then why would you read this review?) By the way we dont work for this hotel or industry. Ignore grumpy rubbish written about this great place!

For an older hotel, the Albion is nicely restored with a beautiful and spacious lobby and exceptionally large, comfortable guest rooms. The bed was very comfortable and nicely made up with the exception of the first night, the sheets were badly pilled. The other three nights I was there, they were fine. The outdoor swimming pool was beautiful. One thing I would have appreciated is a small ice bucket in the room with access to an ice machine. They brought ice on request, but it was in a huge ice container. The price was unbeatable and I would definitely stay there again.

Great location - a few minutes to the beach and Ocean Drive. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby- no car needed. Lovely clean rooms and good pool area.

Fun and funky hotel with great modern design. Very helpul staff particularly bar tender. Rooms were small. Ideal for one person. I wonder how two would cope with the bathroom. Would certainly return and recommend for single occupancy or perhaps there are larger rooms than 322

This an older property that has been nicely renovated. There is an attractive lobby bar and pool. My king room & bath were spacious. Furnishings were mininimal, but adequate. The room was very clean; the staff friendly and efficient. Overnight valet parking costs $25; there is also a municipal parking garage nearby. The hotel is located a short stroll from restaurants and shops on Linclon Ave. and the beach. This is not a luxury property, but it was a great value. I will definitely consider the Albion again.

The hotel room 501 was spacious and had everything we required except for tea and coffee making facilities. Our one night stay was spoilt by a stale odour in the room upon entry. If we were staying longer we would have asked to relocate rooms.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. I was greeted warmly and the staff was very helpful with every request I had. The hotel was clean, the decor was cool and the bed was comfy. It's not a posh, over the top SoBe hotel, but it was simple and elegant. While I didn't have time to check out the pool, it looked ok from my hotel window. I would absolutely return to this hotel again.

Very close to being nice, and great location, but the place is RUN DOWN. The carpets are peeling up at the corners, there's graffitti in the elevators, etc. The stylish lobby is not worth the money, as the rest of the hotel looks like a college dorm.
