Very Clean, Modern, Fast check out, nothing worse than spending 20 - 30 min checking out. Great location. Very small rooms but the location and cleanliness make up for this.

The Rendezvous Hotel is a stylish well equipped Hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Is within easy walking distance of all major attractions including South bank, Crown Casino and major shops. Hotel is also close to both major train stations and Tram stops. We received a room upgrade on check in which was most pleasant and had dinner at the Hotel restaurant which was excellent. Highly recommend this Hotel and would definately stay there again when next in Melbourne Derek and Carlie Townsville

Centrally situated in CBD Melbourne - walking distance to main street, free trams, railway station. Price very favourable compared to others in central CBD. Rooms are a little small.

the entrance and foyer along with the bar and restaurant are 4 1/2 star. the rooms howerver are about a 3 1/2. very small room ans tiny bathroom.

Poor management, I rang to organise disabled bathroom twice, needless to say, I didn't get it or an apology from the person named Melinda that I spoke with on 2 occassions in reservations. I won't be staying there ever again.

Stayed in a commerce room which was too small. Did not appreciate my feet being in the shower when using the toilet. It was little more than a closet and I paid slightly less than the rate I normally pay as an e-club member of the Rendezvous (5% discount from rack rate) for a Club Floor Suite. It was also noisy.

Fantastic Hotel. Stunning architecture and great location providing easy access to the Yarra River waterfront. Rooms were small, but very clean and modern. Would definately recommend.

Hotel was fine but not exceptional. Not enough towels, bedspreads or pillows provided for number of people booked to stay in room. Had to request more. Bathroom very small.

De Lux double room was very small for two people, with only one chair and very little natural light in the daytime, I hate to think what a standard double room is like. No help with luggage on arrival

Its an old hotel and beyond the bar and reception area is in need of a little TLC, although it does add to the charm of the place and it must be said that this is one of the most well know hotels in Melbourne and in its day was very grand indeed. We booked a deluxe room, which was very very small and I’d hate to see the standard rooms, as I said this is an older hotel and as such may not compete with some of the modern hotels in terms of space and mod cons, however a stroll into the bar will send back in to a bygone era of class and service. Avoid the restaurant as there are many excellent ones just across the river which are better and cheaper. The staff are excellent and will help u with every little query. I would recommend it, as its location is excellent, its service is excellent and it has that old world charm that as people like me demand more space for a room that all u do is sleep and wash in may soon disappear.
