Hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is looking old and run down and the bathroom had a lot of mildew and was very small. Would stay again as the location and staff were great. Rooms were clean but run down, hallways were very shabby and need new carpet and paint.

Cleaning/ making up of room wasn't done properly. Cups with water/ tea in the morning were untouched by bedside after rooms were done. But location is GREAT! Excellent value for money! In-room sink, micro-wave etc. even has complimentary buscuits to go with cofee!

The booking at reception was not logged on the front desk computer and it took some time for the problem to be sorted but we were offered a voucher for a free drink at the hotel bar while it was sorted which took approximately 20 mins to confirm that our booking was there. The telivision in our room only had one channel on it which was a little annoying but as we were only in our room to sleep it wasn't a big deal but if you were staying on a longer visit it may have been. Overall it was a very clean hotel and very nice and helpful staff.

House keeping was good but on certain days they forgot to top up ameneties such as Shampoo,Sugar etc.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean. Would have liked an electric blanket and larger mugs. Also lots of banging heard through the wall. Wonderful stay, very efficient reception and cleaning staff. Thank you. We will be back!

Staff were very helpful, the bedding was great and the whole hotel was very clean. The position is great for shopping and is very close to the tram line to the Victoria Markets, St Kilda and the Spencer Street DFO. The only negative comment I would make is that the sound of water coming down from the floors above could be quite loud from bathroom througout the night.

i would not advice a stay here as the a/c in my room was very noisy and the people there could not fix it leaving me exasperated.I had to bear the noise for 5 nights. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.
