The hotel is OK, no better. Our stay was ruined by the hotel giving away 1 of our rooms before we arrived and having no alternative accomodation.

The ultimate place to stay while visiting Melbourne. Friendly staff, nice (but small) room, located in Fitzroy Street with surrounding restaurants, bars and clubs and close to St. Kilda beach and pier.

We found the Hotle the most delightfully friendly place that we have stayed in, the staff are absolutely wonderful and the accomodation very comfortable. We look forward to returning in the not to distant future.

Dissappointed with the Continetal breakfast - the crossants were burnt so didnt eat them. Very highly prices for what you would eat. Room is very very basic and i don't believe the price was justifiable.

Excellent location, by the sea. Ten minutes from the City centre by tram which stops outside the Hotel. The 'shuttle bus' to and from the airport also stops across the road from the Hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff helpful. The restaurant was a little expensive when compared with other, local eating places of which there were many within metres of the Hotel. Also, the room was a little noisy with passing traffic and building work which went on late into the night. Nevertheless, a good Hotel which I would use again.

Excellent location, clean and pleasantly fitted out. Price a little above average but for closeness to transport , restaurants and the beach it provides a good base to see Melbourne and very convenient if you are travelling on the Spirit of Tasmania.

it was the first time i have used your services and since forwarded them on to a number of friends as i was very happy with the way everything came together. the rooms were quite small but well layed out and very comfortable.
