A noisy location (trams, backpackers opposite) but it was very well located in the heart of St Kilda, which compensated for the extra noise.

We stayed for one night in a one bedroom deluxe and it was dirty, grubby and very small. The night we stayed it was 43 degrees and we had purchased alcoholic drinks to have in our room but the fridge didn't work. I advised reception and a girl came to look at it. She advised that there was nothing that could be done as the housekeeping staff leave at 2pm. I asked if we could move rooms and she said that they were fully booked but the apartment next to us stayed vacant the entire time we were there (you could see in the room from the window). I wouldn't stay here again!!! PS. The restaurant attached to the hotel had nice cheap food and the staff were very friendly.

The location is great but if you're noise sensitive get a room off the street, there are trams that pass. Very big room, great location, very friendly staff.

Poor services due to onsite Cafe being booked for private function. Extra towels to room took a couple of hours too.

This is a very nice hotel in greater Melbourne area. Located in St.Kilda, it is merely 10 minutes drive away to CBD (with no traffic jam, of course). My wife and I like its simplicity, intimate chic and contemporary decoration. We find the hotel staff are very friendly. We shall come back to this hotel, if the opportunity arises again. Our only suggestion for improvement is perhaps, later check-out time of 12noon, instead of current 10am, such that we can enjoy our stay longer. Is it possible?

Extemely Happy with the location, service, cleanliness and facilities (internet access, laundry service). Staff very helpful.. Lovely home away from home, very comfortable.
