Reception staff a little abrupt but concierges were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Our room did not have beds made up every day - the doona / quilt was pulled up over the sheets to make it look as though they was made. Glasses were not changed just rinsed in the bathroom sink. Location and price made this hotel very appealing. I would stay there again.

The foyer of the hotel is dark and appears a bit dingy. Something one doesn't expect in a 4* hotel. The restaurant location and decor in relation to the foyer isn't the best. My room was excellent. The service was excellent. The location surperb and pricing good value. Fix the foyer/restaurant area up a bit and make it brighter - - - you'll get youfr ROI for it I'm sure.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel, I felt some of the staff were not very welcoming and the view from the room well, lets just say there was an office building literally 3 metres infront of the room window which blocked 3/4 of the view and from level 10, was ordinary anyway. the room itself though was very nice and clean so props to the housekeeping staff. buffet breakfast was a lil over priced for what was on offer but most of the food was of good standard that was available

Only downside was there there was no pool in the hotel. I know there was an arrangement with a local gym but this didn't have a pool either

We were absolutely delighted with every service and facility at the Ramada Hotel Melbourne. There was not a thing we could fault, and we will definitely stay each time we visit Melbourne. In particular, the staff at Reception were outstanding. Thank You
