I stay 2 day from december 2007. Excellent hotel and very nice place Very nice hotel with all service internet and very clean, very close to the centre et Station metro St -Scharle. Very Nice studio with all confort tv flat screen, telephone microwave fridge etc..,Lovely bathroom.Lovely Terrace. Nice people at the reception. I will come back again for business or holiday. Tres bon hotel je donnerais 4 stars .Richard

It is quite difficult to find the hotel from Marseille St Charles station. With the help of the tourist information there, it still took us 30mins to find it. (later on we find a short cut to the train station, take less than 15mins) The facility of the hotel are very good. Most of the staff are very friendly, except one of the front desk lady. Quite rude and didn't record our tax payment, causing trouble when checking out. Nonetheless, the overall experience is good.

A relatively new, clean and well-appointed hotel. We appreciated the spaciousness of our accommodations, really a suite with two bedrooms a galley kitchen, and a large bathroom. Its location was ideal for exploring the Old Port section. We would definitely return.

The towels in our room were only going to be changed once a week, unknown to us untill we arrived there and complained about it. There were cockroaches and other bugs in the bed. The kithenet, although good in its intent, was lacking in a proper stove. To heat up a small amount of water usually took half an hour. Cooking a meal on there would have been virtually impossible as the heat never rose to anything close to a descent temperature. Two of the other people staying with me, when they confronted the staff at reception about various issues were treated very tersley.

No beds just a fold down settee. Probably the worst night`s sleep I have ever had . Awful, what happened did the architect forget to include bedrooms in these apartments. This is in a rough par of a rough town be warned....

Missed air-conditioning - obviously one does not have a choice to turn it on when ever you want - it was +30 C outside - the hotel management is deciding on it!!!! Second, we stayed for 6 nights and could not get clean towels during that time - I think it is important to get clean ones at least every third day or so. To finalize, the location of the hotel was very good and service was good. Not a bad choice apart from a couple of points mentioned above.

For the price highly recommendable. Watch out for the taxi rates in Marseille, though. Especially when going back to the airport. Demand a fixed price.

Unfortunately I paid for 1 more night than I actually stayed at the Hotel. My reservations through the club were not forwarded to me in time to atke them with me on my vacation. The people at the hotel were kind enough to give me the 2 days on my available information, but I lost the 3rd day's payment. Your club charged me in advance for the stay, which caused confusion.
