My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend. The staff were very professional and the room was quiet and lovely. Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. A short walk up the road was an enchanting square with various bars and restaurants and we were a 5 minute walk away from Prado museum, buses and the tube line. The interiors were modern and tasteful, but overkill of mood lighting made the hotel seem underlit, including our room and bathroom. They do not have a concierge despite what their website says, but overall it was a pleasure to stay there and great value for money if booked through hotelclub.

A superbly refitted contemporary hotel, situated within walking distace of all the sights, surrounde by tapas bars and restaurants. An excellent stay and good value.

Modern boutique hotel situated centrally in Madrid close to transportation, restaurants and cafes. Beautiful hotel with a modern atmosphere . Only a couple of blocks away you'll find numerous restaurants and outdoor cafes. Rooms are bit small but very clean and beautifully decorated. The assistant manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant one when there were some difficulties with our room.

Loved the room and the location. A few tweaks and this would be a 4+ hotel. add magnified mirrors and improve the lighting in the bathroom for putting on make-up and get the internet connections working. Otherwise, this is a great choice for a stay in Madrid.

My first hotel while travelling Spain and it was the best out of 3. Though the key card doesn't work properly the first day but it got fixed sooner than we thought. However, the light inside the room is way too moody(dark) when I really want better illumination. Modern stylish interior stunned me. Would recommend to friends.

very sleek and modern. it was an experience to stay there. but no bell boy to help with the suitcases and rooms were very tight. the bathroom was minute. but great location!

There are lots of good restaurents and tapas bars within walking distance of the Hotel Vincci. we were a couple on an early spring break. the hotel was idealy situated to the musemus and restaurents. easy to drop by and unload shopping and have a quick rest before going out in the evening.
