I was pleased with location of the hotel. it is a characterless hotel otherwise. i was disappointed that the booking details had not been completely passed on from the venere website to the hotel which did cause us some problems while we were there. That was that on the booking website the breakfast was said to be included and when we went to pay at the hotel at the end of our stay we were asked to pay for breakfast as this had apparently not been booked. the hotel tried to make this our problem rather than accepting that it was a communitcation problem between venere and themselves and when they eventually got their reservations person to deal with it it was OK, however this wasted 45 minutes of our weekend waiting for this to happen. Madrid was a great destination for a long weekend, there was plenty to keep us occupied for this time, it was easy to get around.
