I will not stay at this hotel again. I selected the hotel as their website offers a free shuttle to the airport M-F and by request on weekends. We called on Sunday and they said it wasn't available and then on Monday told us the same thing. They ended up telling us they don't have a shuttle which was very frustating since it's on their website. We could have kept our car and saved 50 Euros in cab fare going from and to the airport. The service was poor they didn't seem to care that we were upset and didn't offer to pay for our cab or do anything for us.

I have my reservation number with me but they didin't have my reservation not even the one I made with the price I found in venere.com but with the number they finally let me the room for the same price as my reservation. But they were really nice and helpful.

The breakfast was not included, but we thought it was. (In my opinion it didn't say that clear enough on the confirmation voucher! That is why i rated the "prices quoted" low. The price got 32 Euros more expensive!) We had to pay 16 Euros per person (which is quite a lot for 1 or 2 pieces of white bread!!) But the stay was ok, besides from that incident.

The personnel at the reception when we arrive was really unfriendly. In addition at the arrival you will asked to pass the credit card as guarantee. The hotel for the rest is quite beautiful (business type) but positioned between the city and the airport, howerver with the highway you can reach the center in about 20 minutes.
