This hotel needs a lot of routine work. Just standing at the elevator on the 4th Floor I noticed light bulbs burnt out, light bulbs that did not match, a damaged waste paper basket, and other undone maintenance items that are routine and detract from the experience. This was not up to Relais & Chateau standards.

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. However we were disappointed to discover when we arrived that our first night would be spent in the hotel across the road - this hotel was a dump, no view, and very dirty.. If they try this on you (as it looks like they have with other customers) refuse or ask for a lower price for the first night.
