Exellent location in the center of the old city. Clean,confortable and modern room but very small. Breakfast was excellent.

Good location, near Gran Via but not in the huste and bustle. Unfortunately at this time some building or construction in immediate surrounding to the hotel spoiling the entrance. Do ask for a front room! otherwise you get a small back room, clean but crowded!

The family room we were offered had a building support column in the most inconvenient place. Similar rooms above and below had the smae problem. We finally found another room whihc was looking into the noisy square, which was handled due to splendid isolation of windows/balcony door.

We actually didn't stay at Plaza del carmen because there was a flood there. They had a flood and re-located us petite plaza del Sol... I feel that we were upgraded with no extra cost. The young man that worked late at night was wonderful. He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful!!

We stayed in a room for 3 persons (mother with two youths). The room was nicely decorated with a spacious bathroom. The only thing I did not like was the sloping ceiling,into which I banged my head. The girls enjoyed very much to have access to the free internet( desktop in the room!), after three weeks away from their friends! The location in the city was perfect, both for shopping, sight-seeing and for enjoying the nigt life around Puerta de Sol, and still it was very quiet and no problem to have a good sleep. We recommend this hotel!

We stayed in a family room that was not quite as advertised. There were four single beds in a pretty small room. The problem was the ceiling, which sloped down at such a steep angle that it was difficult to stand upright. The bathroom, though, was large and modern, with a great shower.... the hotel was in a wonderful, central location, which made it possible to walk almost everywhere...the laptop computer in hte room (with free internet) was a nice touch... the staff was very helpful and welcoming... we would defintitely stay here again...

Great hotel, and a great location. The room was basically the same as seen on venere. Very new and modern hotel. The room was a little small but the size and the look of the bathroom made up for it. Very modern and nice in-room bathroom. The service was nice and freindly. The room was always clean. Great in-room ac never a moment where we felt uncomfortable. It wasn't very quiet you could hear activity in the hallway and doors slamming shut. Breakfast was not included and was at an extra charge. But if your out all night like the natives you wont wake up early enough for breakfast anyways. 24 hour computer access in the lobby. We would recommend this hotel highly!
