Great location. Family friendly accommodations. Front rooms give great views to Gran Via, but the street noise can be irritating.

Area is very busy during weekends. Noise from street is evident mainly due to local clubs and bar patrons. Location is well situated. Walking distance from Puerta del Sol, La Gran Via, Plaza Cibeles and Plaza España etc. Hotel very clean and staff helful and accomodating

I came with two of my friends the night before check-in. It was possible to leave our baggages there till check-in. Great. Very good position, easy to reach by underground, even if a little noises.

Unfortunately the hotel is very close to GRAN VIA and there's always a lot of traffic with continuous noise from the street. Issue that can be sorted out using a couple of hearken plugs. Apart this issue all the rest is in compliance with the reported notes on the web site.

Located just off the main street of the city. Very good location. In the gay section of town. Staff spoke some english. Safe area - we had a quad and the bunk beds were very nice. Bathroom was large and room was nice.

There're a lot of High Tech Petit Hotel in the same area. It would take some time to find out if you don't have a very clear map or direction upon arrival. I can hear people walking outside the room, so I guess if you get a room near the lift, that would be even worse. Overall speaking, the location is good and the room is very neat and tidy.

We weren't actually booked into this Hotel for our stay in Madrid, the Hotel e-mailed the night before leaving for the Airport to tell us that we had been moved to this Hotel and it wasn't near where we wanted to be at all, but it worked out in the end, and the walk from the Hotel to where we wanted to be meant that we got to see a bit more of Madrid than we would have. Strange rooms, but different, and the beds are very hard, but amazingly very cnfortable.

Hated the fact that I had to ring the night bell to come in - surely with swipe card keys i could gain legitimate access this way? Hot Items in Breakfast were often cold.
