From Anonymous - Madrid
There was potable no water in the hotel. There were signs up to not drink the water but my shower had brown water. So no shower. I used the mini service bar in the room to get water to brush my teeth, was charged 5 euros ea. Front desk suddenly could not speak english well and shrugged Afraid to eat in the restaurant assuming they were cooking with the brown water so missed breakfast! Madrid having heat wave so I accepted the room being too hot to sleep but the rest was unaccetable.
