We had a very nice and big room with 2 single beds on the 7th floor, great views across Madrid! Just be aware that right next to Husa Moncloa is Husa Princesa (higher star hotel than Husa Moncloa), easy to mix up if you have never been there before.

Well located. Dowtown and the University campus can be reached within minutes. Nice breakfast buffet, available from 7 to 10h30, 11h30 on week end.

We booked into the Moncloa and on arrival were upgraded to the sister hotel the Princesa Was magic. Great location, great facilities, great rooms.

One has to be careful when using the minibar: every item took from there (even if it is replaced afterwards) is automatically inserted in your bill. Room at 4 pm still not ready, we had to wait until it was cleaned up. Bathroom was not quite clean.

The room was ok. Be aware that you can't open the windows because they are sealed.The internet connection wasn't working in the room! The worth is that we've been charged 16€ for the buffet breakfast.......way too expensive! Except that, the hotel is well located near two metro station and 10mn walking to Plaza Espana.

No facial tissue paper was provided. Front desk staff is not very knowledgeable regarding what was covered by the prepaid room voucher. One said breakfast is not included, although it is. Another did not know if he should charge me for the room even he is aware of the voucher. The breakfast buffet service and the quality of the food were very good.
