Service was horrible and the rooms were extremely small. Shelf in the closet was broken as well as the soap tray in the shower (soap tray was literally falling out of the tile). Their was also MOLD on the ceiling in the bathroom...unacceptable, especially for 185 euro. Location was incredible, however, I would probably try a different hotel on my next trip to Madrid.

Small modern rooms, extremely courteous helpful concierge, understaffed during the holidays, though overall pleasant. However, we encountered a difficulty with the maid consuming drinks from the minibar and leaving them behind (though at no cost to us).

The hotel met our needs very well, the staff were friendly and informative. It is recently developed and is beautifully finished to a very high standard. The bed rooms are of an excellent quality and the air conditioning is 1st class. It lack a bar facility but there are plenty in the area.
