Rooms very clean, but small - bed uncomfortable. Breakfast - good (at extra cost). Service very poor and mistake ridden. Location, fantastic - near Metro and many major attractions. Overall, probably wouldn't recommend unless availability was an issue

It is not the reality what you see on the fotos. The rooms are very small, without or with a black window and are smelly. The bed is enough for one person. It is better to leave your suitcases outside, because there isn't place for them.

This hotel is an excellent location a few miniutes from the Metro and in the centre of the old city. Excellent beds, very clean and well maintained, although our shower head had to be held by hand as it wouldn't stay on the wall. very good value for the service and location. Would use again and recommend to friends.

Unfortunately the hotel had forgotten to reserve one of the two single rooms booked. However, they found alternative accomodation for the first night within the same block immediately - then within the hotel for the remainder of the stay. Service was efficient, rooms were clean and noise was minimal. Given the budget price, I couldn't have expected more from this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice gentleman at reception. Very helpful. I returned and brought 2 others so that says it all. I will stay again. Single rooms are quite small but worth the location.

The room was very small, and somehow we were fooled by the picture of a bathroom with a bath on the website, where there was only a shower. The bathroom did not close well and made a lot of noise when closed or opened. It appeared to be damaged by water underneith. The window opened to a small outdoor vide where you looked right into the other rooms. But Madrid is expensive and I suppose it was not so much value for not so much money. To say something positive: it was clean and right in the center of town

The air conditioning was not working so it was very hot. The hotel did not provide any suggestions to alleviate the situation. Services of staffs varied. One staff was particular unhelpful. He drove away my taxi driver when the drive arrived to the hotel before we came back from lunch.

This is very basic accommodation. Single room is quite small, but if you're simply looking for a place to sleep at night, it's adequate. Breakfast is rolls with butter and jam, an apple, and coffee, delivered to your room. The best thing about it is its location: very close to Plaza Mayor.

The hotel room itself was only adequate for the cost, the shower, was broken, the bed itself was in poor conidition and had plastic sheets on it which made sleep very uncomfortable. There were no facilities for having a drink at night in your room and for a double room it was very small. I was on my own, if there had been two people it would have been far too small for comfort. It was noisy at night time and noise in the mornings from people moving around made sleeping very difficult, the walls were very thin and every movement and sound could be heard from other rooms. A disappointing hotel for the price I paid.
