Hotel was fine and met our expectations. Breakfast was not included in price quoted in Venere. Hotel was close to Metro station. It was easy to get to and from city center. breakfast buffet was available for a fixed price 14 euros(good buffet).

it was very noisy during the night, people slamming doors at all hours. The pool and gym were not usable which was a big disappointment as it was a selling point to us. Nor was the airconditioning working and the room was very hot. I could not recommend this hotel at the moment.

The family room was very small. We had stayed in another High Tech hotel im Madrid which had the same set up, but the room was a bit larger. There was a strange smell in the room that we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The positive aspects of this hotel is the proximity to the airport, as well as the shuttle service.

This was the worst stay in our 16 day European Vacation....location was horrible to find; staff not very helpful; the food cold at breakfast; the shuttle service was late and inappropriate...too many excuses and not enough service...we almost missed our flights... WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

The shuttle bus, which was supposed to be available until midnight from the airport was not. I had to take a taxi and pay 13 Euro.

The general experience was great. The transportation from/to the airport is free and excellent (about 10 minutes from Barajas' T4, not 3 as it is said on the website). Rooms are clean and the customer service is really good. The hotel has a metro station nearby (about 5 minutes walk from the property) so you can go to Madrid downtown without any trouble. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I wanted to be close to the airport.

A clean, modern hotel that is very conveniently close to the airport. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport. Our only comment is that it would be nice if breakfast started a bit earlier - 7:00 a.m. is a bit tight for early flights.
