Excellent service and location. The rooms could be a bit bigger but I think we traded the size of the room for a quiter room in the back of the building.
Lovely hotel with clean and very comfortable bedrooms. Great big bathrooms too! Fantastic breakfast to set you up for the day ahead. Good bar if you felt like a night cap! Best of all the location - sight seeing bus (hop-on hop-off) leaves from practically outside the door! Across the road from the Prado Museum. Would highly recommend.

- I was surprised there is no free Internet (either WiFi or cable) in the rooms :-( That's why my mark for services is not good, or excellence, but fair only.
+ very helpful staff at reception, great location and level of comfort in rooms
