Have more English TV channels Provide an iron and ironnig board More variety on breaskfast to include eggs etc... I did enjoy stasying there. Thank you and kind regards, fAYEZ

very convenient location. good size rooms. very clean. decent breakfast in nice room. but no bar/lounge for the evening. no coffee/tea in the rooms (machine available in foyer). no movies in the room. worth it only if you intend to be out all day and evening.

Rooms are very comfortable. Lobby is very bare and sparse. Breakfast buffet good be better - as in other Spanish hotels. It is a glorified Continetal Breakfast. Free internet access is a great plus.

Air conditioning was not up to the mark. It was weak when it is so hot outside it was only marginally cooler in the room not to mention the noise. They did try to remedy the problem but only to bring it up to the barely satisfactory level. The Reception was remarkably cooler even though it opened to the outside.

We had a 7th floor room with a small balcony overlooking the roofs of the neighborhood. Very nice room, though a little small. Excellent bathroom. However, the hotel had not yet turned on its airconditioning (last week of April) and the room was very hot. I would recommend getting a room on floors 2 - 6.

Hotel was very clean, modern and well equipped. Fair size room, with bath and shower, good air conditioning which was essential. Service okay, though staff not overly friendly, if you don't approach them first. Would have been good to have information about how to go about finding usual tourist things like Bull Fight or catching a Flamenco bar. Also good eating places near by. Found all ourselves eventually with the exception of the Flamenco - shame.

We were pleased with the accommodations at El Prado Hotel. The location was central to our interests, i.e., walking distance to museums, parks, and restaurants. The free internet access in the lobby was useful. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Only complaint that on the first night we needed to stay in a room with no outside windows.

Overall very good impression, although because it was a single bedroom, it was a bit tiny and there was no window.
